You can also find a copy of our System Expansion (Developer's) Policy. While you are welcome to read this policy over it is only applicable to a developer or sponsor that wishes to connect a new development (subdivision for example) to the system.
Standard Residential Service Rates
Water Included w/ Minimum Bill:

How To Calculate A Bill

|1. 0-2,000 gallons is included with the monthly minimum (Includes State Fee of $1.00)||$26.00|
|2. Plus usage between 2,001-5,000 is:$7.50/1,000 (3 x $7.50)||$ 48.50|
|3. Plus usage between 5,001-38,000 is $8.20/1,000 (33 x $8.20) (this is the total of all three billing levels).||$ 319.10|
If your meter reading shows a usage of 37,480 gallons, an example of how the bill would be calculated as listed above. Usage above the minimum is always rounded up the the next 1,000 gallons). (Please Note-calculations listed on this page are for example purposes only.)
The average water bill during the off-peak months is: $50 to $70
The average water bill during peak or summer months is: $90 to $125
