You can also find a copy of our System Expansion (Developer's) Policy. While you are welcome to read this policy over it is only applicable to a developer or sponsor that wishes to connect a new development (subdivision for example) to the system.
Standard Residential Service Rates

How To Calculate A Bill
| Example of how a bill for 8,480 is calculated: Water is billed in one-thousand-gallon increments, so 8,480 gallons would equal nine one-thousand-gallon units, or 9,000 gallons. | |

If your meter reading shows a usage of 8,480 gallons, an example of how the bill would be calculated as listed above. Usage above the minimum is always rounded up the the next 1,000 gallons). (Please Note-calculations listed on this page are for example purposes only.)
The average water bill during the off-peak months is: $60 to $80
The average water bill during peak or summer months is: $100 to $150
Your bill can be much higher (in the hundreds of dollars, or more) if you water consistently.
