You can also find a copy of our System Expansion (Developer's) Policy. While you are welcome to read this policy over it is only applicable to a developer or sponsor that wishes to connect a new development (subdivision for example) to the system.

How To Calculate A Bill
Example of how a bill for 8,480 is calculated: Water is billed in one-thousand-gallon increments, so 8,480 gallons would equal nine one-thousand-gallon units, or 9,000 gallons. | |

The average water bill during the off-peak months is: $60 to $80
The average water bill during peak or summer months is: $100 to $150
Your bill can be much higher (in the hundreds of dollars, or more) if you water consistently.
