Due to the freezing weather, followed by the extended period of heavy rain, our meter readers were not able to finish reading until today.  We are working hard to get the bills out, hopefully, on Monday, February the 5th, with balances posted on-line by Tuesday after lunch for those that pay online.  We regret any inconvenience.

We also expect many bills to be higher than normal due to folks dripping their facuets during the deep freeze, and of course there will be more days in the Billing Cycle.  Things will even up with the February Billling Cycle which will be shorter than normal.
